JOB DESCRIPTION:    Roundtable Moderator & Host

  • Title: Roundtable Moderator & Host
  • Location: Virtual (Anywhere)
  • Classification: Independent Contractor (part time)
  • Time Commitment: 2-5 days/month
  • Compensation: Commensurate with experience
  • Reports To: CEO


The role of the Moderator is to host and moderate our live dinner roundtables, including coordination with the venue, our sponsor and our guests.  In addition, you may asked to moderate our virtual roundtables as well.  Required skills include interviewing and facilitating discussion with specific goals and content in mind.

The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years in the healthcare industry working in sales or marketing, or as on-air talent for podcasts or radio.  The Moderator must have excellent communication and listening skills, and project management skills.  The Moderator must understand the US healthcare market and a working knowledge of Accountable Care and Population Health.


  • Work with dinner sponsors and scheduled guests to plan agenda and specific questions to be used to moderate discussion
  • Communicate with all roundtable participants to ensure everyone arrives on-time and at the right location and
  • Assist in development of communication materials promoting virtual and live events as needed
  • Serve as host to healthcare executives and other guests attending our programs
  • Assist in the evaluation of future opportunities
  • Manage logistics for secured engagements including speaking and travel logistics
  • Email all follow-up communications


  • 8 years or more experience working at a provider or payer organization, or a company that sells into either industry
  • Public speaking and/or moderating experience
  • Great listener
  • Great networker
  • Comfortable talking to executive level professionals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
