Daniel Weaver

Daniel Weaver is an established leader with extensive experience developing and implementing intervention strategies to improve Medicare Stars performance. With demonstrated success with innovative intervention programs, Daniel’s team has consistently delivered market-leading performance and forward-thinking engagement with providers and members.
Before joining Gateway Health, Daniel spent 21 years at TRG Holdings and Highmark, Inc. where he held and served multiple leadership roles including VP of Corporate Planning, Director of Operations, Director of Analytics, and Director of Medicare Stars, Government Quality Programs. Over his multi-faceted and extensive career Daniel has gained many core competencies and strengths across operations, healthcare, and government program management

Marty Janssen
Senior Director,

Colorado Access

Marty directs operations and performance for the Colorado Medicaid Regional Accountable Entity for Region 3 along with Region 5 (Denver Metro) at Colorado Access, a non-profit health plan that administers Medicaid programs for the State of Colorado. In his current role, Marty is responsible for directing the development and implementation of programming aimed at increasing access to care and improving health outcomes for underserved populations and helping to drive commitment and connection to those programs among Colorado Access’s provider network and the community at large. Marty works across all levels of government, with health systems and independent providers, and among various member channels to help ensure the success of Colorado Access in meeting its mission and in fulfilling its obligations to the State.

Marty brings to this role in-depth experience with public policy and publicly funded health care platforms, acquired through years of working in various capacities in local and state government and the private health care sector. He holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado.

MaryAnn Faralli
Director,
Member Experience, Highmark Health Options, Delaware Medicaid

MaryAnn joined Highmark Health in December 2019 and currently serves as the Director of Member Experience for Highmark Health Options- Delaware Medicaid with direct oversight of all Member Experience Department initiatives including the HHO Member Advocate Team, Annual CAHPS Member Experience survey, the HHO Customer Service Model, the Member Advisory Council and the Community Health Awareness Series as well as the HHO HRA program.

MaryAnn is a seasoned Registered Nurse with over 35 years of Nursing experience; including 15 years of progressive nurse leadership in acute and ambulatory healthcare provider settings.

She possesses over 15 years of nurse educator experience and serves as an adjunct nursing instructor at Wilmington University in Delaware, providing online instruction and developing course curriculum for BSN, MSN and Doctoral nursing programs for WU.

MaryAnn received both her Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Nursing from Hahnemann University, Philadelphia, PA. She earned an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Eastern University, St. David’s, PA and obtained both an MSN in Healthcare Administration and a Doctoral Degree in Education Leadership and Innovation, from Wilmington University, DE.

She is certified in critical care nursing (CCRN) and is a Certified NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home Content Expert.
