Chase Dailey

Principal, Home Solutions, Humana

As Principal at Humana, Chase supports its Home Solutions organization. Chase has 13 years of healthcare experience with a focus on value-based senior care in the home. In his prior role, Chase served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Heal, an in-home value-based primary care group acquired by Humana earlier this year. Before that, Chase held several progressive leadership roles across Humana, including roles in corporate finance, healthcare services and value-based strategies.

Randy Klein

CEO, Vesta Health

Randy is a healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience with home care and value-based programs. Randy joined Vesta in May 2018 to build his vision of empowering caregivers and integrating home care with value-based healthcare. His prior experience includes leadership roles at Remedy Partners, Complex Care Solutions, MJHS/Elderplan, Optum and Visiting Nurse Service of NY. He began his career at Accenture. Randy holds a BA from The Ohio State University and an MBA from NYU Stern.

Dominique Morgan, MPH

Chief Operating Officer, Health Leads

Dominique has decades of experience and a passion for transforming health outcomes for under-resourced populations. As the chief operating officer, she oversees Health Leads programs, initiatives, and operational support functions, including finance, people and culture.

Before joining Health Leads, Dominique was the market president for VillageMD of Michigan, and founder of Morgan Solomon Consulting, a healthcare consulting practice focused on population health and value-based care solutions. She also served as chief operating officer of Steward Medical Group and vice president of population health for Steward Health Care. She was with Kaiser Permanente in Northern California for eight years, leading Northern California complex needs populations portfolio and women’s health.

Dominique serves on the National Board of Peer Health Education and Franciscan’s Children’s Hospital in Boston.

Dominique received bachelor of arts degrees from Cornell University in biology and political science and a master of public health in health policy from the University of Michigan. She is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), the National Association of Health Service Executives (NAHSE), and the American Public Health Association (APHA).

Susan Beane, MD, FACP

Executive Medical Director, Clinical Partnerships, Healthfirst

Susan leads Healthfirst in collaborating with major healthcare delivery systems and local and national policy experts on the design, implementation, and dissemination of innovative, outcomes-focused models of care. Her research contributions span the health of caregivers, obesity, and maternal health.

Before joining Healthfirst, Susan served five years as Chief Medical Officer for Affinity Health Plan. During that time, she helped Affinity’s plan become a top performer in quality and member satisfaction. Before that, she worked at AmeriChoice and HIP USA as a Medical Director.

She is a Princeton University and Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons graduate.
